Decent mower, minor issue

I bought the Neomow X, and it's been doing a good job with the yard. The LiDAR navigation is pretty impressive, and not having to lay a wire was a big selling point. Delivery was okay, took 8 days to reach me. The packaging was secure. My only small gripe is that the app sometimes takes a bit to connect to the mower. It's not a deal-breaker, just a minor inconvenience now and then. For the price and features, it's a solid robotic mower, and customer service did reply to my query about the app delay, though their solution didn't quite fix it for me.

Smooth order, good product

I ordered the Neomow X Pro a few weeks ago. The website was easy to navigate, and the checkout process was straightforward. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my place in California, which was within the estimated window. The mower arrived well-packaged. Setting it up was pretty simple, the LiDAR SLAM navigation works as advertised, no wires needed which is a huge plus. The app is intuitive enough. I had a quick question about boundary settings, and customer support replied to my email within a day. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the experience.

Neomow X works fine

Got the Neomow X. Delivered in about a week. Setup was quick. Mows the lawn without issues. No boundary wire is great. Does what it should. Good product.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third purchase from Hookii. I first got the Neomow X, then some replacement blades, and most recently a garage for the robot mower. Every order has been consistent. The products are always well-made, and they perform reliably. Delivery times are usually around a week, maybe a bit more if it's a smaller accessory. I keep coming back because their wire-free mowers are just so convenient compared to others I've seen, like the Gardena ones that need all that wire work. Their customer service is responsive too, which helps. I definitely trust their stuff.
